We had an amazing experience at this place. Our stay was extremely comfortable and luxurious. The housekeeping staff were always just a call away, making sure our room was immaculate and well-maintained. The hotel's location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city. It made it easy for us to explore and visit nearby attractions. The room had a beautiful view of the garden, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The washroom and shower were modern and well-equipped, offering great comfort. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, with a wide variety of options available. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. We cannot think of any negative aspects to mention.

Our recent stay in a hotel in the beautiful city was quite comfortable. the hotel has a great location, with a bathing area close by that's pretty much in the centre of the city. Despite being away from most tourist destinations, it did provide peace and quiet which was a refreshing change. the room and bathroom were clean and cozy with a great view.
The service at the restaurant was a bit slow which they could improve upon.

The room was spacious and the food was tasty. The best aspects were the beautiful view from the balcony and the comfortable bed. , the nearby attractions were a plus.
They didn't care about making our romantic escape special even though we told them it was a special occasion. The employees were unprepared and untrained which resulted in a delayed check-in and a dirty room.

We had a great stay at this hotel with clean rooms and modern facilities. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was courteous and always just a call away. The location was convenient as it was in the center of the city and we could book taxis from the hotel.

A pleasant surprise at The Fern Residency. The room service was really good; I ordered milk for my baby at 6 in the morning and it was delivered promptly. The staff was friendly and cooperative, making our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The catering staff and food manager were polite and cooperative. Breakfast had a variety of options. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Ample parking space. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick room service.
